2010 SIG Publication of the Year

“A Decade of SIG/USE: Celebrating SIG/USE and Information Behavior Research” (SIG USE)

The 2010 SIG Publication of the Year is awarded to the special section of the Feb/March 2010 special section of the ASIS&T Bulletin, titled “A Decade of SIG/USE: Celebrating SIG/USE and Information Behavior Research.” Edited by Crystal Fulton and containing five articles by nine eminent members of the SIG, this special section demonstrates the breadth and depth of the history, subjects, and activity of the SIG and the field of information behavior research. It will serve to introduce researchers, students, and practitioners to both the field and the SIG. For their excellent work, we are pleased to recognize SIG USE, and particularly Crystal Fulton, Editor, as the SIG Publication of the Year winner for 2010.
